What are you doing these days?
I'm back at work at Longfellow Elementary as a crossing guard and noon aide! I'm also deep into planning events for the local region of SCBWI, and I'm dreaming of my vegetable garden when spring comes.
Are you working on anything new?
Yep, I just finished the second draft of my fifth novel. I was calling it Mage Fires but now it's The Seven Exalted Orders. Has a ring, doesn't it? It still needs a bit more revision before I start looking for a publisher.
What about after that?
In the meantime, I've started a new middle grade novel, Curse of the Dark Elf. I'm also still seeking a publisher for The Wyrm's Way. In my free time (ha!) I'll continue organizing SCBWI stuff and publicizing The Necromancer's Bones.
